Our products and raw materials come from internationally qualified and certified productions which allow us to propose them to the food industry, particularly to the ice-cream and bakery sectors and spacing from the wellness and fitness business to chocolate production. Unionplus can provide their customers with a wide range of powdered milk by-products as well. Other than a wide range of powdered products we can offer tailorized and semi-finished products studied together with our R&D Department.
UnionPlus produces various types of milk powders, such as skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder as well as butter milk powder in various forms from standard to instant. To meet the various quality requirements of the processing industry, we provide our milk powder in both spray and roller drying processes. Optimal areas of application: bakery, ice creams chocolates.

This section is dedicated to particular products, such as skimmed and whole milk Yogurt powder – which is highly pasteurized using fresh milk or milk concentrate and fermented with yogurt cultures. Our yogurt powder is of the highest quality and long shelf life – with variable pH values for individual requirements. We also have Cream Powders and enriched Milk powders with Vitamin D, calcium, phosphorus and more. We can customize our recipes to our customer’s needs.

Our Butter 82 % is a product from fresh pasteurized cream from cow milk. It is available in its lactic or sweet cream variety, as well as salted and unsalted.
Anhydrous milk fat (AMF), 99,8 % Fat is produced from pasteurised cream or first grade butter by means of physical processes only, during which water and non-fat dry matter are extracted.
